Returns & Exchanges

Can I Exchange An Item?

We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.

In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.

Can I Return Something If I Don't Like It?

Yes. You must return your product within 30 days of the product being shipped. Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in like-new condition.

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online or in one of our stores

- The item shouldn't have been used in any way

- The return or exchange request is made within 28 days of delivery

- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request

Are Returns Free & How Long Does It Take To receive my money back?

Pre-paid returns and exchanges are free within the continental US. Unfortunately at this time, International returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.

How Many Days do I have to return or Exchange?

You have 30 days from the purchase to return or exchange the item. However, due to holiday season, items purchased in October, November and December have until January 10th to return.

What if i Purchased at your Airport Store, how do I return or exchange?

Purchases made at the MSP Airport location on the G Concourse can be exchanged or returned only via online OR via our MSP Airport Retail location. They can not be returned at a Six for Good location or the Grand Collective location.

What if I purchased at your Six for Good Store, How do I return or exchange?

Purchases made at a Six for Good location (Rosedale or Edina) can be exchanged or returned at the Six for Good location where it was purchased. These can't be returned or exchanged at the Grand Collective location. 

If it's an exchange and they are out of a size, color or style, please email imagine@sgdstyle.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible on how to arrange the exchange. We will work with you. 

What if I purchased at your Grand Collective Location, How do I return or Exchange?

Purchases made at the Grand Collective location must be returned via the Grand Collective location. If it's an exchange and they are out of a size, color or style, please email imagine@sgdstyle.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible on how to arrange the exchange. We will work with you. 

What if I purchased at an Event you were at, How do I return or Exchange?

Purchases made at events can be exchanged or returned only via online OR via our MSP Airport Retail location on the G Concourse. They can not be returned at a Six for Good location or the Grand Collective location.

What about International Returns & Exchanges?

Shipping for international returns and exchanges is at the expense of the customer, as is the tracking information, lost and damaged packages. 

International returns due to refusal to pay duties and taxes are subject to a $25 restocking fee.
