When Can I Expect My Package? And How Do I Track It?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. It usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for shipping. We then ship according to your shipping choice at checkout.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
Delivery times for domestic orders via USPS are anywhere from 3-7 days.
International USPS orders are roughly 15-21 days.
We can not, unfortunately, guarantee delivery times since we rely on outside parties for delivery. We will, however, do everything within our power while we still have the order to ensure a timely delivery.
UrbanUndercover is not responsible for lost or stolen packages sent to the correct shipping address.
Where Do You Ship? And How Much Does It Cost?
We currently ship everywhere in the US.
We do ship internationally, but customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Also note, we are unable to provide international tracking numbers. For this reason, when shipping internationally, UrbanUndercover is not responsible for lost packages, customs delays or any other claims. We will, however, try to assist you as best we can in resolving any issues.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

At checkout you have the option to choose your shipping method. However, with the worldwide pandemic and deliveries being upset for a variety of reasons, we unfortunately can't guarantee delivery by a certain date. However, while the order is still in our hands, we will do everything we can to ensure a timely delivery.
