Where Can I Find You IRL (In Real Life)?
We'd love to meet you in person! You can find us at the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport on the G Concourse by gates G11-13. (Unfortunately, temporarily closed due to the pandemic, but we hope to open as soon as travel traffic increases.)
You can also find us at in a collaborative store called Six For Good, which we co-own and co-operate with five other badass women and brands. Located in Rosedale Center in Rosedale, MN and opening soon in Edina Minnesota.
You can also join us at our offices for in-office and online for virtual appointments.
Most events for 2020 have been cancelled, but stay tuned, as we will add them as they come.
How Do I Know My Size?
Please check out our SIZE GUIDE for more information on how our underwearables and clothing are sized.
You can also reach out to us at any time via the contact form or by emailing email@example.com. We're glad to help answer any questions.
Where Are Your Products Made?
We are currently designing, developing and manufacturing everything in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area of Minnesota. We're very fortunate that we can keep things close to home to not only minimize our carbon footprint, but also to keep a better control on quality.
Do You Offer A "Pay Over Time" Option? As In Making 3 Or 4 Payments For My Order?
YES! We do! We work with Sezzle, which provides four payments over six weeks, but you receive your product immediately.
When you are on a product page you will see the payments breakdown for that product. So when you checkout, just select the Sezzle option to pay over time.
To learn more, please check out how it works.
Do you work with Wholesale partners?
At this time the only products we offer for wholesale are our TowelTopper towel bands. If interested, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we'd love to hear from you and work with you.
Do you charge taxes?
Under Minnesota State Law, clothing is not taxed and UrbanUndercover is not collecting your state’s taxes with your purchase. You are expected to comply with your state’s current laws regarding internet purchases.
