GENERAL QUESTIONS
In addition to online, you can find us at the MSP Airport on the G Concourse outside gates G11/12/13. We are on the Delta Airlines International concourse just down from the Delta Lounge.
We are also at the Daytons Markets for holiday season 2024 from November 14th - December 28th, Monday-Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 11-5.
We will be at Malcolm Yards Market on December 14th and 15th for their Holiday Pop-Up Market.
We size from XS-XL currently and are working on eventually extending that in both directions to Petites and Plus. We can't do it currently, but it is on our long term plan.
Each individual product has it's own sizing information. Just click the "size guide" button located on the product page.

Yes, we are required to charge sales tax on orders depending on the location of the customer. For customers in Minnesota, where we are located, we do not charge sales tax on clothing due to state law, as clothing is exempt from sales tax here. However, sales tax may apply to orders shipped to other states, depending on each state's tax laws.
Since sales tax regulations vary by state, if you are ordering from outside Minnesota, we automatically calculate and apply the appropriate tax rate based on your shipping address during checkout.

Yes! We’re happy to offer free shipping on domestic orders over $120. This applies to standard shipping within the U.S.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
Yes, we do! We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, and the process is completely free for domestic orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Yes, we make exchanges easy and seamless. Within the 30 day limit to exchange an item, simply use our Returns & Exchanges Portal. You’ll need your order number and the email associated with your purchase to get started.
Here’s how it works:
- Print the prepaid return label provided through the portal.
- Mail the original item back to us.
- Once we receive it, we’ll process your exchange and ship out the new item promptly.
If there’s a price difference for the new item, you’ll be responsible for covering it, and we’ll guide you through the process during the exchange.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not the fault of UrbanUndercover, you are not eligible for a refund.
We offer free returns and exchanges for all our customers, regardless of whether the original shipping cost was paid by you or us. So you can send back with no extra charge. However, if your order did not qualify for free shipping when ordering, the original shipping cost paid will not be refunded.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. For exchanges, you'll just be responsible for any price difference.

PRODUCT & CARE
For the best care of your UrbanUndercover pieces, we recommend washing most garments with like colors in cold water. As a rule of thumb, avoid using the dryer, especially for our Escape Line items, which should be kept out of the dryer to maintain their shape and fabric integrity.
We suggest air drying to prolong the life of your clothing and help preserve the softness and performance of our eco-friendly materials.
Each garment will also have specific care instructions listed on the hangtag and product page, so be sure to check those for additional details. Following these simple guidelines will help keep your clothes looking great for years to come!

At this time we don't offer extended sizing. But we hear you, and we genuinely want to expand our sizing to be more inclusive, including petite and plus sizes. However, as a small business, creating additional size ranges comes with significant costs, from manufacturing to pattern development and testing. These investments require resources we’re still working toward.
