RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We truly hope you love your purchase, but if not, we offer free returns & exchanges on new, unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds are made to the original payment method only.

We only accept returns on items that are in their original condition meaning unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. It must be in the original packaging and the hang tags must still be attached.

Clearance and “As-Is” items are final sale. These items are 50% off or more and are not eligible for return or exchange.

PROCESS

Click on the “Start Your Return or Exchange Here!” Button above and follow the steps to start your return or exchange. During this process you will receive a free return label.

Securely package your return/exchange, preferably in the package it arrived in. They are reusable! Attach the free return label clearly on the outside of the package. If there is an old label visible use your new label to cover it up.

Although you have 30 days to return, once you start the process and print the label, make sure to drop your return/exchange off at your postal carrier within 14 days of printing the label. After 14 days your free return label may become void.

You should receive an email when your return/exchange is in transit to us and again when we receive your return/exchange.

Once we receive your return/exchange, it will be processed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with details on your refund/exchange.

You will see your refund to the original form of payment 3-5 business days after we process your return.

If you made an exchange, after we process your return and ship the exchange out, you will receive an email with tracking information.


We process return/exchange requests Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm CST.

INTERNATIONAL

Unfortunately, at this time as a small business we can’t offer free returns on International Orders.

If you would like to return an International Order, please send the package with your own label. We will process the return upon receiving and refund your original payment.

ADDITIONALLY

Please note, because we sell underwear, we ask you to take care when trying on for the first time. Please shower, put on a clean pair of underwear and then try your new UrbanUndercover underwearables on over that underwear.

We do not re-sell the returned underwear, but it makes it easier to handle when they come back to us.

UrbanUndercover reserves the right to refuse a return if it’s determined the product is not in its original condition, as stated above, or we feel there has been an intended abuse of the policies stated here.
